Victor H. Frank, Jr., Chairman of the Board and co-Founder, is one of the seven members, each from a different country, of the Board of Counselors to the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Institute headquartered in Tokyo as well as on the Board of Counselors to the Asian Mezzanine Capital Group. He was the U.S. Ambassador to the ADB, headquartered in Manila, for six years during which time he traveled extensively throughout Asia. Before that he was a Vice President and Assistant to the CEO of Best Foods, a multi-billion dollar food and agricultural company. He is currently on a number of boards. After graduating from Yale Law School he worked at the law firm of Webster Sheffield in New York City and obtained an LLM in Taxation from New York University. He also competed in the discus event as a member of the U.S. Olympic team in 1948.
