Margaret Osmer McQuade, President. Since 1993, Margaret Osmer McQuade has been president of Qualitas International, a consulting firm focused on international politics, economics, and media. She has advised clients on topics including start-up mutual funds, capital markets, corporate governance and related policy issues. She is a Director of WMI, a bank holding company, and of River Capital International Group, LLC, a financial services company managing the Volga Fund, which invests in Russian-based financial services. She was a member of the Board of directors of Dime Bank and Washington Mutual Bank. Margaret was Vice President and Director of Programs for the Council on Foreign Relations for over a decade, where she was responsible for the conception, administration and funding of approximately 150 programs annually. Concurrently she was moderator and executive producer of the Council on Foreign Relations public television series "World in Focus." Previously she had been a network television news correspondent for CBS and ABC news where she was the anchor for "Good Morning America" and worked on programs such as "60 Minutes" and "The Reasoner Report." She continues to serve as a board member of several not-for-profit organizations.
