The Foundation also benefits from the advice and counsel of the following informal group of advisors:
- Jehangir Bashar, former head of the Board of Investments of Pakistan
- William H. Draper III, investment banker, CEO of Draper Richards; former Administrator of United Nations Development Program; former President and Chairman of the Export-Import Bank of the U.S.
- Eugene Galbraith, President Commissioner, Bank Central Asia
- Ambassador Alphonse LaPorta, Career United States Foreign Service Officer, retired; Immediate Past President, United States-Indonesia Society
- Hassanali Mehran, career officer at International Monetary Fund
- Gustav Ranis, Professor of International Economics, Yale University
- Stephen K. West, retired senior partner and senior consultant at Sullivan and Cromwell
- The Business Council for International Understanding (BCIU) is a co-proponent of the Program and has been providing the Foundation with active support and a variety of services. BCIU is a not-for-profit corporation organized in 1955 for the purpose of promoting commerce through partnerships in business and diplomacy. It has approximately 135 major corporations as members. Its President, Peter J. Tichansky, gives the Foundation valuable advice based on his long experience.
