Our goals in the business community are to:

• Facilitate investment opportunities -- whether initial investments, joint ventures or other combinations -- between Muslim and Western businesses;
• Involve business in the effort to promote mutual peaceful respect;
• Promote cross-hiring, within the permissible applicable anti-discrimination rules, between Muslim and Western businesses, particularly at the executive level;
• Facilitate international business relations by streamlining the time and the process for border entry into the U.S. by foreign business persons who have recurring business reasons for coming to the U.S;
• Examine issues such as the protection of brand names and intellectual property;
• Examine the effect of cultural considerations - such as Sharia -- upon financing and business practices;
• Identify opportunities to change specific business practices in both the Asian countries and the United States in order to facilitate a better environment for local business to collaborate with foreign business.
